Flavoured with Thyme, sage, caraway and rosemary, wrapped in a melt in your mouth pastry. Package of 5 serves makes a great appetizer or dinner gift. Also a great healthy alternative to hot dogs. From our Scottish Highland grass-fed organic (uncertified) beef. Product is sold frozen and raw. Bake from frozen on a cookie tray for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Once cooked, sausage rolls may be refrigerated and then reheated, conveniently in a microwave for a quick snack, lunch or side dish. Each mini sausage is about 3 inches long. 5 per package.
