Together we operate from: Beth's Kitchen. Having been a homemaker for many years, baking and preserving became a passion of mine. Many of the recipes that I use have been handed down from my grandmother and mom. I make a variety of traditional jams and marmalades and I love adding my own twist into a recipe. My Millionaires relish is by far the most popular. I make a wide variety of dessert breads. My Heavenly Lemon Loaf is well heavenly. PLEASE NOTE: I do grind a variety of nuts in my kitchen, so all products "MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS" Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) I do all my baking and canning in my own personal kitchen, Which has been inspected by by the Renfrew County Health Unit. Completed Courses pertaining to my business: I have completed the Good Agricultural Practices (Workshop for fresh fruit and vegetable growers/packers) course Feb 25, 2015 put on by OMAFRA I completed the Safe Food Handling course Jan 22, 2020 put on by the fRenfrew County Health Unit. I also completed the Food Safety at Farmers Markets course April 3, 2013 put on by the Leeds, Grenville & Lanark Health Unit. |
